Sessions with Violet
Flower Essence sessions can be done in-person if you are local or visiting the Los Angeles area, they may also be done via Zoom. Essences prescribed can be mailed to you if that is necessary, and protocol can be delivered via email or mail.
Flower essence therapy can be helpful to both humans and our furry friends! Animals respond well and it is just the gentle nudge they may need to find peace and embodiment.
The SessionS
The First Session
This is the Intake session and consists of a full assessment that explores your current emotional landscape with particular attention to emotional patterns of imbalance, expectations, and specific goals or outcomes. A Flower Essence formula and protocol of practices is designed for you and dispensed a week later.
Before the initial session you will be asked to complete an Intake form and to sign a Session Agreement and Consent form. The intake form will help me to become familiar with your current situation.
Follow-up Session
We will discuss the results of essence use and protocol experience, and shifts in concerns discussed the session before. Should you want to go deeper and continue to work with Flower Essences for your health and well-being we can schedule another session and begin to work with the next layers.
Flower essence sessions are most measurable if done at least twice initially. An Intake session and a Follow-up are recommended, however solely doing an intake session is welcomed too.

Intake Rate:
1 Hour Intake Session - $150

The Intake Session is our first ever Flower Essence session together. The beginning of your Flower Essence healing journey!
What to Expect:
Light meditation to ground into this sacred space. A practitioner and ally who holds space without judgment. Someone to be a vessel for your emotions, so that your heart and head have air to breathe, and a safe place to be heard and seen. A sense of relief and spark of self confidence to begin healing yourself with the guidance of plant allies.
Follow-up session Rate:
1 Hour Follow-up Session - $100
Revision of protocol if necessary included.
New Flower Essence formula not included. Cost: $25.

To talk about your experience with the essences. Review any shifts that may have been noticed, or discover ones you may have missed. Talk about the protocol of practices you were given, and how that went for you. Decide if there are new essences that should be added to your formula, or that you continue to work with the current one.
Pets:

45 Minute Intake Session - $100
Includes customized protocol and first individualized Flower Essence formula.
The Intake Session is your pet’s first ever Flower Essence session. The beginning of their Flower Essence healing journey!
What to Expect:
A meet and greet with animal and caretaker. We will discuss your concerns for your pet and desired outcomes from flower essence therapy. Observation by the practitioner of animal behaviors, tendencies, and disposition. Done with the utmost kindness, respect, love, and honor for your loved one.
Follow-up session:
25 Minute Follow-up Session - $50
Revision of protocol if necessary included.
